Return Policy

Digital Products

All digital products are ineligible for returns once they have been delivered electronically to the customer.

To be eligible for a return, the customer must provide a request for a return, in writing, before the digital product is delivered.

If a return is approved, the customer will receive their purchase price minus a 3% transaction fee.

Digital Product / Coaching Session Packages

For packages that include a digital product and one coaching session, no returns will be given once the digital product has been delivered electronically to the client/customer and the coaching session has commenced.

To be eligible for a return, the client/customer must provide a request for a return, in writing, before the digital product is delivered. If a return is approved, the customer will receive their purchase price minus a 3% transaction fee.

To be eligible for a partial return, the client/customer must provide a request for a return, in writing, after the digital product has been delivered, and at least 48 hours before the scheduled coaching session start date/time. If a return is approved, the customer will receive 50% of their purchase price minus a 3% transaction fee.

Coaching Sessions

All coaching sessions are ineligible for returns once the scheduled coaching session start date/time has passed.

To be eligible for a return, the client/customer must provide a request for a return, in writing, at least 48 hours before the scheduled coaching session start date/time.

If a return is approved, the client/customer will receive their purchase price minus a 3% transaction fee.

Coaching Packages

Any completed coaching sessions from a coaching package may not be returned.

Any unused coaching sessions from a coaching package may be returned upon receipt of a written request for a return from the client/customer.

Returns for coaching packages are subject to the signed coaching agreement between the client/customer and the coach.
